At Voglio Bene, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your product, you can request a return or refund according to the following policy:

1. Return Period
You have the right to return any product within 14 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Return Shipping
Return shipping is free of charge. Once you initiate a return, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label to send the product back to us.

3. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that some items are not eligible for return, including:

• Products on sale
• Customized or personalized items

4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

5. Exchanges
